The Republican National Committee has passed a resolution unilaterally supporting anti-choice abortion bans – once again putting divisive politics over serious economic issues. And if that wasn’t enough - anti-choice Senator Lindsey Graham recently tried to force discussion on a dangerous anti-choice ban in the middle of a debate on a tax bill! Talk about mixed up priorities.

Join RMC in telling the RNC and Republican Leadership that it is time to TURN AWAY from anti-choice extremism – and start focusing on ways to bring the party together and find real solutions to the problems facing our nation. Sign our petition to the RNC NOW!

So since neither party agrees, Republicans need to be the bigger men and agree with the democrats, because only democrats are correct, right? Yeah, you guys don't force your beliefs down our throats at all.

I honestly can not think of a more invasive govt. intervention than the pro life argument. You are literally forcing someone to carry a child who is facing a certain death for your political whims. Can't think of one. It's the NANNY big brother state argument on steroids.

There's no "certain death" until someone walks into an abortion clinic.

We have murder laws. Why should there be a special carve out exempting mothers and their innocent babies.

Because little innocent children can't voice their offense to abortion.

I told you I won't argue. Your stats aren't factual in my opinion, UNLESS, they polled every citizen at voting age to get their facts, and it will be different for every topic being voted on.

Unless they are part of the .1% of women on The Pill who got pregnant

One of the possible "side effects" of having sex is pregnancy, no matter what precautions you take.

Just because I eat healthy and exercise, it doesn't mean I won't die of a heart attack or cancer. It may reduce the odds of that, but it doesn't completely negate the possibility.

If you get it on with the opposite sex, you may turn up preggers.

It still happens and just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't justify a group putting another family through emotional trauma.
The sickest thing is the GOP elevated this social issue to win elections.

You mean chopping up a baby isn't as sick?

Quote: They are now in the death throes of the movement. Some gurgles and twitching.

Odd comment, since there is actually progress being made in this area.
