Don't look now but Brady has 3 scholarships to fill with only 3 months of true recruiting. How do you follow up 6 incoming class that was underwhelming with another 5 scholarship class, with only 2 kids have actually been recruited well(Hall Sterling).

The men's program could be a shower and it would be entertaining television.

Dalembert to ECU?

To recap - I think Barkers mentioned these guys in his posts:

Cooke - Transfer official
Rivard - Transfer official
Bessick - Transfer official
Nation - may be out due to academics
Dalembert - may be out due to academics
Kent - may be transferring
Brady - should be fired

Not pretty. Stay tuned.

Brady is a hire squarely on his shoulders.

Is Brady supposed to be on these tours? I know its JB and EW. I thought there was third.

Brady is supposed to be on the Coaches Caravan tour, yes.

Does Withers & Bourne pick Brady up in Crozet on their way to the Richmond Caravan? Image the conversation during that car ride.

If I was Brady, I would drive myself and not ask for mileage reimbursement.

Selig just tweeted in response to if he's surprised:

Quote: No, I've heard some rumors about issues he had with a member of the coaching staff. And he can probably transfer up to A10.

LOL the thought of this is too funny....Brady would sure be glad he only had to be in car for half the trip.

To divert attention from the titanic they need to have the conference realignment made before the events. AAC and all is forgiven.. CUSA or MAC and we will go easy on ya.. SB, fine. CAA and no mercy

St. Joe's recruited Cooke, as I recall, and given his proximity to Philly, I would not be surprised to see him transfer to an A-10 school.

Basketball players treat JMU basketball the same way colleges treat the Sun Belt Conference. Always looking for other options.

JMUBarkers called it, Cooke is leaving because of a relationship(s) with the assistant coaches.

I don't recall Barkers mentioning Rivard before, although he did mention Tom, whom I thought was in reference to Vodanovich. He seemed to be somewhat caught off-guard by his leaving, but he can certainly comment on that and I expect that he will.

I think the overall problem is the assistants and accountability of program and it's a big problem.

As far as Cooke goes I know he didn't have a particular problem with a particular coach. From what I see and hear he is not a problem on or off the court. Might be a little stubborn but he is very coachable. I honestly think Cooke would have been first team all caa if he stayed next year.

Brady might as well recruit the pickup games at UREC at this point.
