But, cal is scum, haven't you heard
So, again just to clarify, you don't care what it takes to win a championship, as long as we win it, right?
So, let me clarify, Cal was doing everything right at Memphis until he decided to become UK's coach; and then we, the jilted, fell in line with the rest of his detractors. We take comfort in "knowing" we're now doing it the right way, because we really have no other option. I suppose it only reinforces the notion of "you can only win big at Memphis if you cheat." John is on a hell of a run over the past decade, and all we can do is speculate he is doing it illegally. Personally, I'd rather being doing the winning than the speculating.
Typical uninformed, not very smart post. Ask yourself these questions about Cal after UMass, NJ, Sixers, and Memphis...
- Did he do anything to damage them on the way out?
- Does he talk in positive or negative terms (or at all) about his time there?
Then people will have their answer. Not you of course since it will all fly over your head; but most others will.
I never heard him say anything negative about Umass when he was here. From what I have heard from a relative who is a Kentucky fan he speaks fondly of his time at Memphis.
Is there something specific or are you just speculating?

Are they wholly embedded with the SEC, or just embedded?

From what you have heard from a relative? We heard about Marcus Camby, Lou Rowe, leading the Bulls in the playoffs, for 9 years.
Can you find anything where Cal PUBLICLY even mentions his teams in Memphis? Can you find anything where Cal PUBLICLY talks about CDR, Antonio Anderson, Rodney Carney or anyone else?

Remember how he talked about his Umass teams when he was here all the time? I asked her if he ever mentions his time at Memphis and she said yes as well as Umass.
Sorry, I don't have a signed affidavit.
