Just as it should be.
Haha no way. You have to cheer for UVA! embrace it.
I tried but found myself rooting for Memphis the whole game. I don't expect to feel any different for the Michigan State game.
That's how it should be. If this whole "my conference is better than your conference" jazz wasnt going on, real rivalries would still exist.
Smu plays nc state btw.

The Aresco Athletic Conference has done ok in BB. Next fall will be a different story on the grids with Louisville out and (ooooh) Tulane in.

Tulsa (C-USA champ) and ECU (up and coming) are also in.

Louisville knocks out the regular season A10 champ

There's a lot of opportunity left:
Memphis gets a shot at the ACC champ tomorrow.
The UConn women are 34-0 and will get a 1 seed.
Louisville and Houston are Top 25 baseball clubs.
UCF and Houston are Top 10 golf teams.
Viva l'American!
Is Louisville still in the AAC?

Through to the end of college baseball season.

Though Lacrosse is pretty much a break-even sport in the ACC, like hockey in the Big Ten and baseball in the SEC ... but tennis? golf? ... pretty sure they are subsidy sports in any conference.

The units have nothing to do with it. Even if UL sucked they'd be a future ACC team and give AAC schools little to "claim" other than the aforementioned credits.
It's you're prerogative though, even if it doesn't make sense.

What? No. I agree with you, UL is a future ACC school. If they sucked, if they win the NCAAT, either way, they're a future ACC school.
What I'm saying is everything they're doing right now is under the banner of and credited to the AAC. Yet, I've already read some people (not necessarily on here) claim "Louisville is an ACC school." -- No, they're a future ACC school, and the ACC is getting an excellent athletics program. But let's not act like what they're doing right now goes in the record books of the ACC and not the American.
