And they're often made longer by me posting the score every 90 seconds...while I was listening, I didn't post any

Strange how UAB can play against the top teams in the conference at home or on the road and lose by the skin of their teeth.
Who knows, maybe they "can" win three games in the conference tournament...

Me too. I have been saying this since Haase got here. He didn't have a ton to work with,(as shown by the performance of our seniors this season) and he had to do the best he could with the pieces he had in place. I fully expect the talent to improve significantly next season. I think every one of the freshmen we have coming in next season could be impact players for us in the future. We've already seen that's the case with the 3 we had this year. We are just a couple pieces away from being a really, really competitive team next season.

RE: Game thread MTSU part two
I enjoyed the game, obvious would have enjoyed it better with a win. The team had a chance to win, and would have if we had shot 60 instead of 50 percent from the line.
It was good to see the seniors get off to a great start and especially see Purifoy play and play well.
This team underperformed and that cannot be blamed on Davis, heck we have even been playing to a Davis like pace as well as scores lately.
The future is bright, because of this staffs recruiting and these seniors. The seniors have set an example for our younger guys by being good players, teammates and citizens.
Good luck in conference play, go out there and win them one game at a time, and at the end of the turney, we would have won them all.
