I can't say I'm sad to see Petrino leave before you all come to C-USA.

I don't think you guys miss a beat really if it's Brohm...if not...then I guess we'll see but the momentum could be slowed a bit.

I was surprised that WKU wanted him. I'm shocked that UL wants him back. I'm glad that Tulane won't have to share the same conference as him.

Petrino. Even Louisville is not dumb enough to hire him this soon after his "incident" particularly given his history.

RE: Petrino to UofL Again
Nothing too shocking here. I personally thought BP would stay 2 years but I did not expect UofLs spot to open.

Hopefully we can keep Brohm, if so, we won't miss a beat.

Sounds like its just about a done deal. Lots of smoke that the hiring is agreed upon. Hope you guys the the Home and Home. That would be great to have Louisville come to your house.

UofL will never come to WKU to play, I am sure money or basketball game was involved to not agree to that by Louisville.....

WKU Head Coach Jeff Brohm????
It looks like Jeff Brohm is going to be WKU's next HC. I feel like this is a good Hire by WKU. He has plenty of experience at all levels of football and knows how to run a high powered offense. This will make for a smooth transition to CUSA. We currently have the #1 rated recruiting class in CUSA. Jeff served as the primary recruiter and should be able to maintain most of our commits. I for one really like the direction of our program. Our AD did the right thing hiring Petrino and WKU has benefited greatly from it. GO TOPS!!!

Looks like he will be a good hire. Don't think you have the #1 recruiting class in CUSA though. A lot can and will happen over the next several weeks.

RE: WKU Head Coach Jeff Brohm????
Yes some exact posts about this in other threads....I hope we get Brohm, because if we dont we are screwed! May have to hire an old retread somewhere...We will lose a few recruits, but gettign Brohm would keep a lot of recruits in....Most seem to be buying in on Twitter for Brohm..
