Definitely not. That was Bobby Boucer who played at ULL. Phil preceded Terry Bradshaw at QB for LaTech.

One of the few episodes I'd seen was the one where he put his wife through training camp... I think it was at ULL's stadium, figured he'd have gone back where he played.

That was Willie, not Phil. Phil's son Willie graduated from ULM (Northeast Louisiana at the time), but he doesn't claim it. (He claims Harding as his alma mater.) ULM's stadium is only 8 miles down the road from their warehouse in West Monroe.
