Tommy had an out of this world perm during the late 80s into the early 90s. Not so much anymore.

As you can see from the photo below, the perm was more subdued during the 2000s.

Methinks he was channeling his inner Eddie Sutton, both with the perm AND the sauce. He probably used the latter to bolster the former.....and stuff.
