Geography and location of the stadium. Its landlocked on campus and that is really the only way they can add more luxury boxes and the party deck to the stadium. Besides that is student section side.

What is the schedule for this expansion to take place?

No real timetable, but its been in the works for awhile. The drawings were revealed to the public at the MVC tournament in St. Louis.
