I know coaches are an easy target but I think it's the players who are responsible for these slow starts at home. I don't see the intensity, the focus, the attitude that you need coming right out of the gate. If it continues, it will cost this team a victory.

I think you are absolutely right. Team leadership is lacking. I think we may need permanent captains whose responsibility is to keep the team on edge. Different captains for each game is not hacking it.
