I just voted for McCain and, among other things, Prop 8 which would create a constitutional amendment banning same sex marriages in California and a prop that gives crime victims some rights instead of criminals having all of them.
Anyone else want to 'fess up to who they voted or will vote for?
I'm voting for Obama next week. The polls will be open until 7pm for 'early voting' so I should have time after work. I'll probably just vote for every Democrat or Independent on the ballot.

Fag hater
I don't hate them. When I tell people I'm married or if they see my ring I don't want them guessing what gender my spouse is.
I'll be voting for McCain here in Ohio. Socialism must be stopped. Obama, Pelosi and Reid will harm this country in many ways. I don't think the stock market comes back with Obama in the White House. Its gonna be 4 years of bashing business and excuses that Bush caused all our problems with Obama. He has no plan for growth. Its tax and redistribute to folks that don't hire people or no how to run a business.
I'm planning on voting tomorrow for Obama here in Texas (so like SMN, I'm basically fighting an uphill battle in my state). I'm jealous of OUBobcat who lives in a state where they know every vote has significance. Maybe I should move my family to my wife's hometown (St. Louis).
It will be interesting to see how crowded the polls are. I've past a few of them this week and to be honest, they don't seem that packed so I'm hoping the hype of a two-hour wait to vote even in early voting is overblown.
I voted early. Voting on Election Day in Texas can be a real hassle. I cast my ballot for McCain-Palin as well as for my US Senator, John Cornyn. I voted against my uber liberal Congressman Lloyd Doggett though he will more than likely win pretty handily. Unlike most of the posters on this board, I lived during the Jimmy Carter years and I really do not want them to come back.

I hope that the Republican Party is going to be doing some serious poll watching in your State especially in and around Cuyahoga County on Election Day. There have been reports of some serious ACORN activity in the Buckeye State and the Dems will seriously try to steal it. Down here in Texas, Republicans send down poll watchers in the lower 5 counties along the Rio Grande as well as into South Dallas and the Wards of Houston. The Democrats cannot manufacture votes anymore here as they did in the past under LBJ.

Dude, it's not even going to be close. I completely underestimated the enthusiasm for Obama. I waited 2 hours in line to vote Monday, the Obama supporters didn't care. They would have waited 10 hours. There were plenty of people willing to get tickets on their car, they didn't care. When McCain supporters got in line, they left saying they would come back later. I'm in the Florida Panhandle now, the redneck riviera(Bush country), and have seen only 1 McCain/Palin yard sign.
For the first time ever, I may just vote for every non-incumbent on the ticket, Dem, or Rep. Here in the Twin Cities, that might even mean poking chads for Greens and Socialists if there is no Rep challenger..... that will be really hard, but I have never felt so strongly to kick the current crop of elected officials to the curb.

I voted every MF out of office!
I vote against all incumbents on principle. I think the habit of people becoming rich career politicians should be abolished. If they can't stay in Washington long, they can't learn how to become corrupt fast enough to keep it hidden...
