By the way, I believe Mark Prior has SEC blood in him, correct? I think I heard Vandy?

Yep...spent his freshman year at Vandy and then transferred to USC.

Yep...spent his freshman year at Vandy and then transferred to USC.
He whipped Tech's butts in the 2001 NCAA Tournament while at Southern Cal. He had the kind of filthy stuff that shouldn't be allowed in college baseball.

I agree, but he's gonna have to get that ERA down, I think he's at 5.something. He's 1-2 in 4 starts, but he'll come around.

You're right his stats aren't that great, but I think they need a veteran to mix in with Wood, Prior, Clement and Zambrano.
