No time to lament. We've got another big one on Sunday against WSU at home. 4 PM. ESPN. This is what we wanted in our conference. Better play from more teams and this one doesn't get any bigger with what's potentially at stake. The hype has already been in play over on the conference board. I don't care about hype. I don't care about streaks. I only care about focusing on Sunday and playing Bearcats basketball like we're capable on the big stage. We need to defend our home floor with whatever it takes. very uhh, shocking, to see their defense that low on kenpom. they were 13th last year with basically the same roster. the previous 5 years the worst they've been is 20th.

but what about WSU being 78. thats crazy for them. its not in line with their history at all.

He was referring to Wichita, not Houston.

Good point. I misread it.

I think the Shockers are better than their numbers indicate, but playing against better athletes night after night has affected their overall numbers.

That number has been dropping throughout conference play. I wasn't paying close attention, but I believe they were 61 before the Temple game.
