I thought WSU was just a step quicker all game long, got to loose balls. Great ball handlers. Very talented. UC tends to do into an offensive funk when behind, and they quit running offense. I want to win these games but it is good play teams like this and Houston has really good players also.

What scares me is the last two games we are mediocre. We had a nice run after losing to Florida, but really pounded on some bad teams. The last two games we have played half way decent teams and not answered the bell. Seems like we have hit the late season wall. Better get over it because now is the wrong time to be tanking.

Or maybe we aren't as good as I thought?

Yeah they don't have freak of natures on their team like we do. We just never know how to use them. You simply can't run same offense or defense you run with starters as you do with bench. Mick gets caught up in getting his players and himself individual awards OVER team awards.

This fan base absolutely sucks. They deserve every freaking loss they get. Even on the AAC board they’re trolling their own team. An utter embarrassment. More than a whole fuking decade of watching this BS. The Cincy fan base is truely the trash of all sports.

but not over the course of a season. when specific lineups consistently out perform others, theres a reason behind it.

it's not the fan base...its about five guys or so who generally only come out when we a) start slow, b) end slow, or C) lose or a combination thereof. They generally don't post when we either start winning or win. Then they disappear.

We were ranked #5. I realized we just lost two in a row to NCAA teams and we were in both games. We will fall in the polls, but we still earned that spot. I don't see anything mediocre about #5. Even if we drop 10 spots to #15, that's still not mediocre. Get a grip.

True, though Brooks was +8 and Nsoseme was +5 with the same 4 (Broome, Clark, Cumberland, Evans).

I was trying to follow the game remotely and checking the board when the ESPN feed went bad. I thought we had already lost reading this board, there were 6 minutes left to play!

I guess that's message board fandom. Glad I didn't play with some of these guys.

Because our players THINK before they do everything instead of just playing. Broome, Williams, JC and Kyle only guys that just play without over thinking. None of their players have length, speed or vertical to match our top guys. We got beat by coaching today not better talent. Only starter I'll take over ours is at PG

But if we played a real schedule we wouldn't be #5....We'd be #20, which is still respectable. But championships are the goal...Even if only conference and NCAA regional championships....We've yet to see either of those.

Still control our own destiny.

Do other fan bases have dum dums of this magnitude?

On the positive side we have a good team to compare our fall to and see if the AAC is valued or not.

OSU lost 2 games this week, one a worse loss than ours to Houston (blown out at home by Penn State) and the other slightly better than our loss to WSU (@Michigan). In theory they should fall equally to us.
