Exactly, she has been telling us, "She is not the President, and doesn't have the power over anything", but NOW she is going to handle a Disaster response. Biden just said he is working with Desantis. Kamala made a big mistake taking on Team Biden to run her campaign. They will undermine her. She has no "Team". She is just borrowing old Obama hacks and the Biden camp who know they will be kicked to the curb if she wins. Joe and especially Jill hate her. Remember she rightly stated Joe was a racist.
