Having a TikTok doesn't mean you are getting your message out. Between the algorithms for what is shown and such, you need to get people that are in the young people's circle to cause your message to show (and people scroll by ads). I'm sure that getting influencers involved cause a huge jump in impressions for the demographic they are targetting.
