Per his Twitter, he's a gay MSNBC never Trumper. I imagine that regardless what Trump had said, that guy would have posted the same.

Clearly you don't have a clue. He's a Republican. And he offers plenty of criticism of Democrats too.

I watched the last half of it. Trump didn't do himself any favors. Two of the 3 journalists asking questions were somewhat hostile (Harris Faulkner was the third), and Trump didn't handle it well.

He got combative with the questioners, told them they were asking nasty questions, etc.

He also rambled on a lot, and switched almost every answer back around to immigration.

He also stepped in it by talking about Kamala Harris not being black, that she identified as Indian until it became convenient for her to be black.

That went over like a lead balloon.

For the time I watched, I thought he did a bad job. He didn't understand his audience. The MSM is going to blast him for a bunch of different sound bites.

But it's true. That's exactly what happened. She played identity politics to get elected to the Senate by running on being the first woman of Indian descent to serve in the higher chamber of Congress. Then, in 2020, she started running on the premise of being the first black woman to be elected president. Therefore, I believe he should've pointed it out because it shows she's willing to do anything to attain and maintain power. And I'm glad he did, too.

Remember, the legacy media has engaged in trying to scrub away Kneepads the Cackler's record to make her appear more centrist when we know better. As long as Trump keeps using her own past words and actions against her in a political sense (i.e. not personally attacking her), he'll get some votes.

One more thing. Laura Ingraham had on two black pundits, both Trump supporters, who were talking about black people voting. One of them was a man; the other, a woman. The man, a podcaster, hosted a call where he asked black voters who was better for them: Trump or Harris. The vast majority said Trump. Then he asked who would they vote for. One of the people on the call, a young woman, said she'd vote for Harris. When pressed, she said even though Trump is the better candidate and has policies that would once again benefit the black community, she said she feels she can't vote for him because of one thing: Kamala's black, and so is she. Therefore, she would feel like she'd betray her race by voting for Trump. The point is, there are actually quite a lot of black voters who know that Kamala is awfut, but because they've been told for so long to vote based on the amount of melatonin they have, they're going to vote for Kamala even though they know it goes against their best interests. They're doing that despite knowing that having done that in the past has backfired on them. Insanity? Maybe. Brainwashing? Perhaps. But I chalk that up to wanting to conform and be part of "the cool kids club" and not wanting to do what's best for you and therefore go against the grain.

I don't know. I mean I still have hope Trump will win over more black voters than last time, but that doesn't necessarily bode well for him because many insist on voting with the color of their skin instead of with their brain. And that's why the left thinks they're stupid. I don't. I think they're smart; they've just been conditioned to vote a certain way even when it goes against their best interests, and especially when they know things haven't gotten better.

I didn't mean to go on that long. I'm just irritated at how people can be, regardless of race.

I’d like to see the full interview. He answered the question fine. He’s a Republican so that makes him a KKK member by default. He’s attacking Democrat politicians b/c of their dumb policies.

When Harris first ran for SF DA, the press reported that she would be the first Asian DA, but didn't mention her being the first black DA.

At some point, Harris changed how she presented her identity. She needs to be asked why?

And? Well, I'm right and you're making assumptions. I never said anything about what he'd say about Democrats. That has nothing to do with what i posted. I stated three facts about him and based on those facts, i summized that he was going to slam Trump regardless what Trump said or didn't say.

What’s the problem here. He was invited, he accepted and wasn’t greeted with general respect like ‘hello’ and was confronted from the get-go and yet he still gave a solid answer

Nah, I don't believe that they're smart, especially the women. Even Black men don't want anything to do with them, the majority of them are toxic. If the black population comprises 13% why do 50% of the crime are committed by them? Is it because they're smart? You answer that one, I have my own opinion.

This is almost like when illegal immigrants come over to the US carrying a flag of the country they left behind. That's an oxymoron. If you left your country because it was a Schiff-hole why would you still hold allegiance to it. Mexican immigrants, legal and illegal do the same thing. "Ay mi patria, que bonita, pero dame esos dolares"= 'oh, my country, so beautiful but give me those dollars.' Hey stupid, you left your country because you weren't getting Schiff from it. That you miss it is something entirely different I can see that because you left many loved ones behind but you left for a reason, pendejo.

This is the way black voters think and the irony of it is that the black woman claiming black blood doesn't have any, she only has what her lover left in her that's black.

I'm listening to the full interview. It's cringe but it's 'ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer.'

Do you think Never Trumpers or those still waiting to choose will see it that way? Remember, we're not dealing with the brightest.

RE: National Assoc. of Black Journalists To Host Conversation With Trump
The answer's simple, Ollie. It's due to manipulation and conditioning. It's being told the Big Lie -- that the government owes them and therefore take care of them so vote for the party of Big Government no matter what -- over and over and over again that they've come to believe it. And it all goes back to the Great Society, aka the administration of (as far as I know) the only relative on mine to ever become president: Lyndon Baines Johnson. (Yeah. I'm not proud to admit the racist jerk is related to me either.) And do you want to know what happened during the Great Society? The Black nuclear family unit, arguably the strongest family unit in the country during the 1960 Presidential Campaign, was systematically attacked from all angles and therefore fell apart in a lot of areas across the country. This has been replaced by people relying on welfare and food stamps as well as relying on affirmative action to get ahead instead of buckling down and honing their God-given talents through hard work to make it. The current "culture" in the black community sucks. And instead of trying to truly make it better, they promote it as is and perpetually play the victim with something happens that may or may not be due to the consequences of their own actions. But if you point this out to people, especially black people, you're called racist, bigoted, Nazi, etc. Also, I know that a lot of people out there, regardless of race and ethnicity, need these programs, too, which leads to an even bigger problem. Besides, I believe that no one race is better than any other. It all has to do with a person's background. How they were raised, what they've overcome, how hard they've worked, etc.

Thankfully, enough are starting to wake up and see they've been taken advantage of, but they've been so conditioned that it's nearly impossible to break away from the herd and go their own way. Still, I have hope they will break away and join us, and even bring some people with us.

Trump destroyed her. That’s how you handle modern day “journalism.”

Quote:In the spirit of having an important conversation with the American people and the black community, President Trump went in person to NABJ today (unlike his Democrat opponent) who continues to take the black community for granted.

He stood strong in the face of vicious attacks and gotcha questions, because that’s what leaders do.

As for his record, President Trump accomplished MORE for the Black Community than any other President in my lifetime. FULL STOP.

He’s responsible for the First Step Act (real criminal justice reform), historic funding of HBCUs (just like the one my parents attended), created opportunity zones, funded workforce development, was a CHAMPION for school choice, and delivered the greatest economy of our lifetime for Americans of ALL color.

Facts matter.

Trump has delivered for the black community and as President, he will AGAIN.

There was applause for a lot of what he said. He went in there knowing he was going to be attacked. Now where will Kamala go where she knows she will be attacked.....if she is the nominee? Maybe she will go to an NRA Convention and accept questions from a panel.

Exactly. He wasn’t afraid to face the crowd of mostly partisan journalists. He did well
