It actually started in Minute Maid Park, where we got swept, and was galvanized during the Tulane walk off to take that series.

Not to quibble too much, but for Tulane that was 2 back-to-back walk-offs, which was pretty awesome.

Has it been noted on here that the one with the wild-pitch strikeout to keep the game going was given a Jomboy breakdown?

Honestly beating UL in baseball and in Softball is not something to gloat on but something to be proud of. Everyone knows UL is a good program in baseball and softball so when we get a W, it’s a true accomplishment. Its the kind of programs we aspire to be.

For sure sucks any time you lose to LaTech but that’s baseball. Frankly, LaTech put on a clinic. They were without a doubt the better team last night. Gotta tip your cap sometimes.

I believe Coach Anthony Babineaux does the scheduling. I too think a home/home series needs to be scheduled. Next time I run into him I’ll try and plant a seed.
