Good series. Was a weird one though. Beatdowns in every game.

ODU is just so inconsistent offensively. They've shown they can play good enough to beat anybody on the schedule - ECU, Coastal, Georgia Southern - but can turn around and look like a totally different team the very next game. The pitching has been way more consistent than the offense has. They've also given up 23 unearned runs thus far which hurts the effort as well.

Well, if you check that link now we are at 19 and CCU is at 20. I have found them to be later then the other sites……when I had checked them early this morning we were not ranked and TSAB was still at 7, lol

Hey, last year was only our first trip to the SBC baseball tourney. I don’t recall there being 14 seeds last May, so TX St would need to be 10th I think to claim revenge over UL in that scenario.

‘Least chirpy fanbase’, while an unexpected opinion there (because of ‘21,’22,’23 postseasons, and our otherwise drought in success elsewhere, sometimes I can be turned off by our fanbase & their online lack of patience and positivity when engaging others). I’ll take it, seems to be the role of fans if anything is assigned, flying under the radar, no crap talking until we look up in early June and see the field of 64.

& if I had a a quarter for everytime I had to explain Southern Miss To The Top or saw it misrepresented well I’d only have one student loan remaining. So USM do better! Have our coaches at the end of each interview postgame answer the interviewer’s statement of ‘Southern Miss’ with ‘To The Top!’ Otherwise… what are we doing here

South Alabama broke the 7-game winning streak by Southern Miss on Sunday and we broke the 7-game winning streak at #25 Alabama tonight, winning 5-4. Go Jags!

I just want to point out the Cajuns haven't lost since that series in Jonesboro where we won game 1 and were 6 outs from winning the series.

We woke them up.

SBC went 4-2 with 3 cancelled games. USA over Bama looks to be the best win on the night.

Not to quibble too much, but for Tulane that was 2 back-to-back walk-offs, which was pretty awesome.
