Edwards is listed as a redshirt junior this year, but has been included in most of the senior ceremonies for the hoops team. Superficially this tells me he will take his senior year of eligibiltiy elsewhere. Thoughts? Does anyone have an idea of where this is headed?

I actually was just about to start a thread about this, figured it's deserving of its own thread instead of just a little discussion on a game thread.

If he’s earned his degree, he’s going pro. He’s purple through and through, but it’s time he starts testing the waters to make some $$$

While I wish him the best, he is not NBA ready (yet).

Handles are too loose and just too small at this point. Both are fixable though, so maybe a G-League spot will open up for him and give him the chance to develop there.

he's def not an NBA player.

but pro doesn't always mean NBA these days. Good money to be made overseas.

easily starting in six figures for a short months time. Season's aren't nearly as long overseas as NBA.

He is just unconventional enough to possibly find a place in NBA but I see Europeans place where he really makes his money.

As was noted in the other thread Terrance was never a fan of school and this decision is more about that and beginning his pro career than anything else.

I’m 100% positive he is not playing for another school next year.

He'll be missed. In reality, if he was going to continue his college career, it likely would of been somewhere else in today's environment.

I'll enjoy hopefully the next month of Terrence.

As George Allen frequently said, "The Future is now" for this team.

I think here is where the congratulations are very much due for Terrence. Even in 2024, a college degree matters. For some individuals, the classroom - is not where their passions lie. I am pleased he was able to do what it took, to get a degree.

At this point, he will have everything his playing career can deliver. Plus, he will have some skills, knowledge, and a degree. Stay or go - Best of luck to you Terrence.
