He won’t sell any goods there if people refuse to spend their money with someone with his beliefs. I don’t have a problem with that and I doubt anyone else does who values freedom and free enterprise.

However, who gets to decide what online statements are enough that a citizen is no longer allowed to sell peppers at a market that is set up on public space?

And is deciding this legal or not? He isn’t even accused of making any statement or conducting any specific behavior at the market. Only on his personal social media.

When you are posting about recreating the holocaust that would be too far. This aint simple joke about a group of people or even a derogatory remark about a certain people. Talking about wanting to a kill a group of people is too far. I'm sure most people wouldn't bat an eye if someone who had a discount code called gas the Christians got barred from selling at the local market.

What else should be not be allowed to do? Is there a list?

It’s owned and operated by the city Parks and Recreation department. Is he still allowed in the parks if his online posts don’t conform? Why should he be based on your logic?

Can his kids use the slipper slide if daddy still runs his website, or does it need to be shut down first?

I'll make this very simple for you. Don't encourage people to genocide against another group of people. That's it. Should be pretty simple to follow.

So it's just that one specific thing? What if he posts something on his personal social media that uses the N word? Or what if he calls out queers and fags? What if he says that trans people creep him out? The possibilities are endless. Maybe you don't see the slippery slope here.

I've never liked slippery slope arguments ever. A law is either reasonable or unreasonable on it's own merits.

We have two issues here. What I think should be the law and what is actually the law.

We will go first with what is actually the law. Those things you said would also probably be able to get him banned from the market. As per the cases I posted above. Would they ban him for it? idk.

Now for as to what I believe. You encourage others to kill others that's where it should end. It's pretty cut and dry. So no, none of those things you listed should get him banned in my opinion. Encourage others to kill millions? Ya he should be banned.
