It’s been a cultural trait of many middle eastern cultures for centuries. And they often have trouble being respected or fitting in when they want to go live in the heart of Europe. They have pulled this crap for centuries. It has endeared them to the locals about as much as you might expect.

It is, at best, morally reprehensible and, at worst, criminal,” wrote Wayne State president M. Roy Wilson. “We have referred this to law enforcement agencies for further review and investigation.”
