Gonna be a great game! I've been keeping tabs on the team since they beat WKU. Had them penciled in for the championship game since then.

I've seen some of the flame wars on this forum over the past few months which are hilarious from an outsiders view. However, Troy fans have been nothing class and respectful towards me. This thread has been quite enjoyable going back and forth with ya'll, think everyone overall loves the matchup. Even on other websites, I find myself vibing with them. I comment on the Sun Belt forum almost as much as AAC because the vibe here, despite the circle jerking of some fan bases, is more chill and active and I think Trojan fans play a big part in that.

It's a stark difference to the vibe on the AAC forum, where some fan bases don't even acknowledge our recent success and just complain about the basketball program. I find myself in enough petty arguments with fans of teams I originally didn't have any problems with and it and it does change my perspective (If you've lurked then you know). I don't see any of that negativity towards Marshall/ODU/SouthernMiss here and I do on some level have envy for that.

You've also beaten Texas State for 24 years in a row now and it's such a turn on.

Different feel around here for sure.

I never had a problem with the Meep Meeps or their fans.. I think you guys have one that's kinda trollish, but every group does.

Here's to a game where I hope the officiating is down the middle, there are no injuries, but the Trojans win.
