He won't win the press conference then. Prime won't get the pass Cal got. Cal wasn't in a good mood when the team lost. He's much better and gracious at Kentucky. But while at Memphis during the Scooter, Earl Barron era Cal would routinely throw the players under the bus. Prime won't out people like Cal was doing but he doesn't lose graciously. I could be wrong, but I don't see that fitting in at Memphis.

As a contrast/comparison......Silverfield is a GRACIOUS loser.....Does that fit?

Well it’s not going happen. Silverfield will be back. I’m not a booster but I am season ticket holder for football and basketball. I will use my small voice as I did in basketball during the tubby debacle and skip out on next football season. The administration got the message in basketball, and I promptly renewed.

Until they are losing more keeping them than facing the buy out, nothing will change

Awesome post TIGERSPARTAN, thanks for your patronage, especially during these difficult times...that being said, these times present different/measures, circumstances.....For those that care immensely, we cannot allow this admin to move in the current direction.....A stand MUST be made to keep Memphis from falling into an abyss of obscurity....It's time to fight...Not physically but with pinpoint;decisive action that renders results...These are public employees, so the matter can be dealt with from many different perspectives....It is stated that Laird is bailing and Pres is non existent.....We CANNOT sit on the fence and wait until this unfolds....You just stated that you have zero interest in attending games next year, you have a valid reason, as we can see/foresee what is taking place....These decision makers are going to walk away from Memphis, with Memphis sports, football in particular being left to rot...Fend for itself......ACT NOW
