Vintage Rice with the over penetration and turnover

It looks like we’re trying to use Ben like he’s Nathan Knight. 60% of the possessions end with him shooting something from the post.

This is the first game we have had to do a lot of switching and it shows.

Getting inside, but doesn't do any good, if they don't go down. So far, Ben having a rough night shooting.

Thus far being out executed and outworked

STUPID foul. Cannot afford those.

2:30 drought for AU has allowed us to catch up.

I thought the same thing. Ben pushing too hard and is frustrated. We are playing so tight. I think once we settle in, we will open this game up

Good to see the three freshmen out there together, getting quality minutes.

I started watching down 17-19. Best Tribe basketball I’ve seen in a couple years save poor D a couple times in the paint. Much more talented than last year.

I like Rice as a scorer, but ball movement pretty much disappears when he's in the lineup. No chance he'll make the extra pass if there is a shot opportunity.

Pretty clean first half. I don’t know if AU is any good but we’re right there with them. I continue to be impressed by our lack of turnovers.

Any idea what the breakdown (in minutes) between Rice and Nelson. I get the impression Rice is playing much more tonight.

Need Wight to play better in the second half. Only four turnovers so far. Much better on screens the last ten minutes. These are the games you need to win as a program on the rise.

Hold AU to less than 62.5% from three in second half and the Tribe may have a shot tonight.

Rice 9 min
Nelson 11 min

Collier is a player

We have a definite increase in talent this year, but their is still little attempt to get guys open in the offense. A lot of get the ball and just try to beat the man in front of you.
