Of course they aren’t happy with it; they thought they had left behind inferiors and now have been left behind themselves. Basic psychology at work.

Just line up and beat them.

Really like everything about this format. No divisions, all teams rotated through, annual rack o ribs, annual road game in Texas for me.

WGAS?!? They were never happy about this since they announced realignment. So what's new.

The sunbelt lost no one and gained 3.
The AAC lost 3 big names and gained 6 CUSA old rivals.
I can't blame them and I don't care.

Not afraid of Rice. We have a winning record against them in the major sports. They have been a tough matchup for a lot of folks lately. I love the trips to Houston. So much do do and many family and friends there.

Also have family and friends in Frisco so I'm good!!!! This will be fun.

As for the whining from mainly Memphis and ECU fans, I will enjoy whipping that arse.

RE: Future AAC Football Opponents
I don’t understand their whining especially for SOS when Tulane is ranked 17th in the CFP Poll and has only played (and beaten) one team leaving for the BIG12 - and that Houston team hasn’t been as great as expected this year either. I understand about some of the lack of fan enthusiasm for some of the new teams instead of your UCF and Cincinnati, but I’m sure it will blossom as the years go on - and the 6 new teams beat up on the current AAC teams.

Only if it involves a BV or BC coached team.

We’re you around the last time we were in a conference with ECU? It’s the least shocking thing in the world that they are talking trash. One thing I will say is that they don’t seem to mind us being back in a conference with them.

Going back to the old C-USA, ECU does less to justify their big talk than anyone besides USF.

The ECU and Memphis fans are crying the most. It's to the point of comical.

I've also been enjoying the meltdown on the AAC forum 03-lmfao you'd think the AAC promoted 6 FCS teams the way they've been reacting.

Of course Memphis will cry. We've beaten more than we've beaten anyone! 03-lmfao
