That pass interference call was terrible. Why are the refs in college football as a whole just so much worse this year?

It was pathetic. I know all teams submit reports to the league office and I’m sure that will make it but that does nothing after the fact. Sorry Cajuns.

Those two missed field goals were huge. The refs missed call was huge too. Congrats Troy - that might have just done it, assuming you don’t slip up against ULM or Arkansas State.

That pass interference call wasn’t necessarily the big game changer… we would have likely gone into OT otherwise.

It might not have been PI but you can see the Cajun player touch him right before they go off screen.

Regardless bad calls have happened to all of us in our history so life goes on.

After the way the South lines dominated Arkansas State on both sides of the ball I lost any hope of a Red Wolf upset against Troy. But I would love to be proven wrong!

Bad officials calls did not cost us this game. The coaching staff closing the playbook midway through the 3rd quarter was the dagger. Looked like they didn’t trust the players and just tried to hold on from that point forward.

I'm trying to recall a year when I heard anyone say, "Man, officiating has been really strong this season." My reaction when someone posed a question regarding Sun Belt officiating on this board was to think, "It's terrible, just like the officiating in every other sport that we watch and care about."
