The university just sent out a notice about awarding honorary doctoral degrees. It would be nice if this board could get together and sign a mass petition to honor one of our greatest blog members for their lifetime accomplishments! I would like to nominate Dog Fan for an honorary PHD in grotto/porn studies and hotdogs. Dog Fan has always supported the arts community by attending every event at the Grotto. Dog Fan has also been a tireless advocate for hot dogs for all, a very worthy cause! What a humanitarian. I hope that this board can come together to sign a mass petition for Dog Fan.

Also, If Dog Fan were to receive this distinguished honor, the university would be required to make sure that there were enough hot dogs at the ceremony for all, a university first!!!

Thank you so much for your nomination. If I get the honorary degree in porn studies, I hope everyone on this board comes. We can have the ceremony outside in front of the old Grotto on the new sidewalk. Of course, we will serve hot dogs slathered in delectable condiments and nestled in a soft, moist bun. STF will drive up in his golf cart and give everyone free rides (if you can fit in). No one on this board will have to call me Dr. Dog Fan, but I would certainly appreciate it if you would pass out my cards to the young ladies on campus. My cards will indicate my research specialty in female anatomical studies.

Can I get an invite? Please send me paper tickets only for this event. Will we get parking passes in time for the ceremony? Instead of wearing a cap and gown, you should wear your rain Pancho, but you have to make sure you wear clothes underneath this time.
