yep I skipped over that car tag design (have made up for the shortfall with Protective Tix ) - but I'm ok with that on the buildings/official letterhead, etc., as if anything it's FAMILIAR... at one time I thought it would be cool to see the 'interconnected' logo on a helmet, if only a 'one-off' deal (that on one side, and JUST the dragon head on the other)... I'm not quite as 'hep' on that idea as I used to be, tho, as that logo is really for admin/properties... maybe just the 'script 'B' (which the baseball team uses) on one helmet side and the dragon on the other would work...

A friend of mine's dad used to be the President of Elon College--back when they were a college, and the Fighting Christians, and tied to the church. The students at football games used to chant "Give 'em hell Christians!", and Dr. Danieley would have a fit.

The school has come a long way since then, but their Phoenix mascot is pretty vanilla.

I adore our new logo, it's so clean and finally emphasizes gray as a primary color for our team.

...yeah the gray works a lot better than the orange, which along with the blue, reminds me of... Auburn... y'all are blue and GRAY, so good to see the new logo

My dad played for them too. Both sides of the ball back in the late 1950’s. I like their mascot.

...I had the fortune to attend the NCAA regional WAY back when in B'ham, where AP whupped Illinois (which resulted in Dickie V. standing on his head at the AP senior banquet ) - AP was ahead at half I believe, and our group somehow moved down into the AP section for the second half - we got to chant 'Let's Go PEAY!!!" with a small and very vocal group of Guv'nah fans the whole second half - a great time.
