If the FDA mandates all 50 state access to abortion drugs, that will get blocked too. The wokesters need to learn, the FDA isn't some Godly department. Though they think tyhey are and try to oppress like it they aren't and never will be...

Supposedly because they were most responsible for the ride in underage e-cigarette use. They’re basically the fall guy for being the most successful.

FDA is a department that if it went away tomorrow, I wouldn't miss it.

Its likely not that far from the truth.

I'm personally ok with them removing all of these products. I believe it will cause severe lung damage these kids will carry for life. And they promote it to a young audience to get them hooked.

However,

how they were trying to pull this off is shady as sh*t. The FDA basically said you could possess it, you can use it, but it would be illegal to be on a store shelf. And only this one manufacturer.

It simply reaks that Biden* was looking at some sort of kickback from other manufacturers if he kicked Juul in the nuts.

The Democrats know a lot of their legislation would never get passed. So they have bureaucrats exceed their constitutional authority to mandate things. Biden does executive orders.

We have never had a president who so cavalierly ignored the law and the constitution.
