Its likely not that far from the truth.
I'm personally ok with them removing all of these products. I believe it will cause severe lung damage these kids will carry for life. And they promote it to a young audience to get them hooked.
However,
how they were trying to pull this off is shady as sh*t. The FDA basically said you could possess it, you can use it, but it would be illegal to be on a store shelf. And only this one manufacturer.
It simply reaks that Biden* was looking at some sort of kickback from other manufacturers if he kicked Juul in the nuts.
The Democrats know a lot of their legislation would never get passed. So they have bureaucrats exceed their constitutional authority to mandate things. Biden does executive orders.
We have never had a president who so cavalierly ignored the law and the constitution.
