I believe the highest seed of the first two rounds hosts. So for example if ESPN's bracketology ends up exactly right then there'll be the winner of 4 Villanova vs 13 JMU moving on to play the winner of 5 Tennessee vs 12 Toledo, so Villanova would host as the highest seed.

That's not a bad thing for JMU. Probably about as close as we could get geographically to our fans and far enough away from Knoxville to balance out the purple vs orange.

And our 2 best players are from Pennsylvania, so hoping they bring some crowds as well.

Let’s hope they go there as it is about 45 minutes from my house.

Hopefully, JMU doesn't get screwed and sent to TX like that one time.

Lots of thread drift here, title makes it a bit confusing. Maybe we need a WBB Selection Sunday thread?

Or have Orange to Purple change (or add) to the title WBB Coaching Carousel / WBB Selection Sunday

On the women's side in the CAA today, two former JMU assistants face each other as Bridgette Mitchell's Northeastern squad faces Ashley Langford's Stony Brook in the semis.

O to P

Northeastern played Stony Brook yesterday in the quarterfianls and beat them by about 23 or so. They face Monmouth today (who beat Drexel yesterday) and the other semi final is Towson/William and Mary.

I was about tho correct myself, so thanks, Brian. :-) Those are gonna be two bloodletting contests, so I will forego them in favor of the Big 12 games, which are pretty sure to be serious barn burners. I don't have (selfish) FloSports anyway.

Brian

Monmouth Brianna Tinsley has been a big contributor to their success.

RE: WBB Coaching Carousel
I didn’t know she’d gone there. Well, I hate Towson, so of course I’d root for anyone playing them, but that’s a very good reason!
