RE: Sam Onu....BOH
It is funny, context, nuance and all...
The OP thread.."I believe in Sam Onu"
Atlanta pops in:
(05-03-2021 07:02 AM)Atlanta Wrote: Compared to Cisse, he looks like he has a much better feel for the game, much better shot around the goal, better understanding of help defense, probably a little slower jump rebounding. Like most young bigs, he's likely to find the pace difficult initially too. Hope he can shoot FTs & stay out of foul trouble.
Then this dude:
(05-03-2021 09:33 AM)PennyWise Wrote: I know its a highlight video and only shows the good, but this guy has way better hands receiving a pass and better court vision dishing it out of the post than Cisse did in his one year here. I think his game will elevate our guard play as long as they are staying in motion on the perimeter and getting open for the 3pt shot. He may be a little slower than Cisse's speed, but I will take that all day as long as he can catch a pass in the post or off a pick and roll.
then this:

Three strong posts saying via a Youtube video he's looking better than the reigning AAC Freshman of the Year.
So my post was:

Please don't let this thread be a new "stupid expectations from empty posters."

lol Your plea is duly noted.
But what other kind is there?
Reasonable ones.
Hoping Sam can give us a couple good minutes a game. Get some experience but not be disappointed when he's a 3 and 3 guy at the end of the year.
So yeah, 3 and 3 as ceiling...essentially telling the folks prior to my post who had Sam Onu >>> Cisse (who averaged 7 and 7) don't kill the dude if he's going for 3 and 3.

Context? So now back to lying when you get clowned out again. You are literally contradicting yourself in every single post. It's all right here...
Quote:So yeah, 3 and 3 as ceiling
Quote:To sit on the bench and not play.
Quote:Sam is right in that spot at 100. 3 and 3 would be on target.
You didn't say 3 and 3 was the ceiling and you didn't say he wouldn't play. You said it was the target.
But keep on with the lies. I still can't believe you still feel like humiliating yourself.

Lol yep. Saw something funny the other day. An AAU got got a technical foul because he put all 10 guys on the court and refused to take 5 back. When he got the T he turned to the parents in the stands and said “see I’m not allowed to start everyone. This board reminds me of this
FANTASTIC !!!!!!!
