Mrs. TexanFan and I should be rolling into Las Cruces Wednesday afternoon, depending on how much time we spend in Guadalupe NP. We enjoy visiting breweries in the areas we travel as we will be visiting Guadalupe Brewing Company in Carlsbad. We have found several breweries in Las Cruces and are looking for some recommendations from folks who have tried them.
Best beer?
Best food?
Best vide?
Anything we must see while we are in the Las Cruces area?
Also looking forward to some good basketball on Thursday evening.

Bosque Brewing. Try the Pete's 1888 (official NMSU beer). Spotted Dog Brewery is also good.
Andele's and El Sombrero are my favorite for eating. They are more where the locals go. If you want a bit more atmosphere, go to La Posta. While at La Posta, check out the historic Plaza in Mesilla.

I always go to Andele's when I'm in LC. Best pork enchilada's.

Excellent! Glad to hear it. Let us know what else you try (food/drink) and your thoughts. BTW, you can get Pete's 1888 inside the Pan Am during tonight's game.

So lunch at La Posta which was good and then walked around the plaza. While it wasn’t Taos or Santa Fe, it was nice. And finished at the Spotted Dog for beer.
Now, it’s game time.
Go Texans!!!!!!!
