Spot on. The only part you left out was who they will hand pick that is worthy enough to be in consideration as a wealthy citizen. Everyone else will be stifled from upward mobility. The horse is in Animal Farm (Orwell) is a glaring example. Once his usefulness as worker was finished it was off the glue factory so he could still be of some use to the Farm. Americans are buying into this nose dive destruction by the droves.
