Because that's not a picture of the Pensacola Bay Center where the SBC tournament is actually currently awarded...

As I stated previously, the Pensacola Bay Center is the main arena but they do use the Pensacola State’s arena for tournament games leading up to the final.

Every game this year for both men's and women's tournaments are scheduled for the Pensacola Bay Center. Pensacola State was used as a temporary solution to condense the schedule due to COVID, but is not in the cards moving forward.

JSU should host it in Birmingham in the BJCC. It's like an hour from their campus and I hear the arena was recently upgraded.

El Paso/Las Cruces would make a whole lot of sense. 2 12,000 seat arenas within a half hour of each other.

Both fanbases are loyal and will sell out for both.

Also direct flight to El Paso for everyone except those in Lynchburg.

Not sure our basketball program is at the level to host the tournament especially off campus.

Just have it in the city that has the most basketball tournaments in the nation: Las Vegas.

A year in advance notice, easy to fly to/from, plenty of hotel rooms, lots of entertainment. UTEP and NMSU would bring lots of fans.
