Yes, indeed. Quite amazing what he's accomplished despite his father. I'd be impressed if he could only tie his shoes.

Is this where Bob W comes on and says Sutton Smith is better than Maxx? Asking for a friend.

PS Maxx and Sutton are teammates.

Nice info '79, I did not know. I have to give Sutton props for resilience. Cut multiple times yet didn't give up and now is a fullback. While a part-time position in the NFL, he is making $660K a year.

Agree. I like the idea of community service, and insert joke here about the prostitute who was court ordered to do community service.... 02-13-banana

Sorry, that is an old joke which makes people, mostly men, smile.

How does the actual joke go? I have some sense, of course. But is it intended as self referential only?

Okay. The meaning, not at all sublime, is that the prostitute got busted for providing community service and was sentenced to do community service, although a different type, I suspect... 03-lmfao

From the article:

“But if you have eyeballs, you know that Maxx Crosby is one of the best defensive players in the entire NFL. He is relentless in his pursuit of the quarterback and his ability to consistently generate pass rush is the reason he’s been so dominant this season.

Crosby had another huge performance in Week 18 and he was one of the biggest reasons why they won that game and will appear in the playoffs.

Crosby led the NFL in pressures this season with 101, which was 20 more than the second-place finisher. He also led the NFL in QB hits, hurries and pass-rush win percentage. He was constantly near the quarterback despite a lower sack total than expected.”

Nice post Lucky! When I watch the Raiders, I key on Maxx. He is not an awesome physical specimen, but he is very fast and NEVER takes a play off. He stops only when the whistle blows, and all the announcers rave about "his motor". A product of the gray field and The Factory for sure.
