Rice took over kickoff duties in the 2nd half. Did Soos suffer some kind of injury? I got worried when Rice had to make the tackle on of his kickoffs.

That was an excellent tackle by Rice. Reminded me of ODU punter, Jonathan Plisco, who was a linebacker in HS. He was a stud.

It looked like Rice said something quickly after the tackle. I would love to know what he said. Perhaps, “not today son!”?

He said "Welcome to Norfolk"

04-cheers yes, indeed!

As I'm thinking about yesterday's game, I've gotta give props to Hayden. For the first time this year, I thought he moved around the pocket a bit and gave his receivers some time. He's not a perfect QB, but he was the man running the show the last 5 weeks, and we have to give him credit for that.

He stood in the pocket as it was collapsing and delivered downfield strikes with the game in the balance. Impressive performance.

Plisco is playing indoor soccer up at the VB Field House. I saw him a few weeks ago. He plays keeper.
