May I add pressure. We have played in Championship game. Even last year we were supposed to lose to Rice with walk one because of COVID. Our two best receivers Who decided to go and train for draft day. Marshall literally took a week off before the Championship game. We are the only team to win C-USA championship on the road and we did it twice. UTSA is saying you have to beat the man to be the man. We are defending Champions. The pressure is on UTSA. If we beat them the pressure will be on us to beat UTEP. Pressure creates diamonds for those Championship rings.

Sick kids can be pressure. Poops, emesis, whining is a lot to deal with. Then you don't want to let them down. Thank goodness you're playing a team with a losing...annnnd we lost.

They learned from the distractions, got focused, and they're rolling.

Has there been a bigger game in recent CUSA history with all that's at stake? 1st place in CUSA West, undefeated season(and a chance to spoil it), coach with recent "lifetime" contract, defending champion vs up & coming power, UAB with chance to beat ranked opponent for 1st time in forever, two best RBs in the conference, top two teams in the conference, etc. Its a real travesty that this game isn't a national broadcast. The emotion/energy of this game will be tremendous!
