X2, but I'm proud to say I've seen the lowest of lows (Dave Currey era) to now and stuck with the program all along as I'm sure a few others on this board have done the same.
Oscar and I were in the same graduating class - the only game attendance even got to 5 digits was X, and for teams like College of the Pacific you could pretty much sit wherever you wanted. Some students did camp out to make sure they got hoops tickets - I know it's 60 years, but sitting in Nippert yesterday you would never believe the difference.

I was in school during many of the Dave Curry years. Not sure any coach could have overcome the lack of support from the students, facilities. fans and administrators, but he certainly could not.
Actually even went to three road games in those days (Miami, Indiana State and Penn State). Nothing good about the Indiana State trip, but at least we got free food and drinks from the Penn State fans. And my wife decided she was willing to marry me during the trip to Miami, so that worked out well.

Is it just me or has every College GameDay since the one at UC been very BORING by comparison?

Msu at osu is really interesting from uc's perspective. If msu wins it ups the chances of a zero bid big ten but also keeps alive the nightmare 2 bid big ten if Michigan beats osu the next week and msu follows that with wins against psu and likely Wisconsin.
I'm pulling for Michigan state as I think the zero bid big ten is more likely than the 2 bid if that happens and I want to put osu behind us.

If MSU stays within three TD of Ohio State it will be a shock.

2-2 against the top 25 and about to lose by 40+. Great investment

I mean don't you think we all found it more exciting because it was our own school? I bet if you asked 90% of people they would say it seemed the same as most other GameDays.
