Coming down to Harrisonburg for the Texas State game with a group of 7. Anybody got 2 parking passes? If not, where can we tailgate without reserved parking?

I don't think tailgating is "allowed' in JMU's parking decks, but with the threat of soaking rain I'd consider the Warsaw Ave parking deck at the bottom of the Quad or the Grace Street parking deck. Don't draw attention to yourselves and nobody is going to bust your balls about standing around in a parking garage. My two cents. Could also explore the Ballard Deck or Mason Street/hotel madison deck. The Champions Drive deck is the only one that's reserved on gameday.

I have done this on bad weather days, we just had some finger foods and drinks. We stayed out of traffic and didn't take up too much space and no one asked us to leave. If you have a grill or something I could see it drawing a lot of attention and you may run into some issues.

My "go to" for bad weather is the Mason Street deck. Easy in and out quiet and I can guarantee you no one will say a word with a tailgate as long as you're not cooking. There'll be plenty of unused spots allowing you to set up in a spot next to your car. There's simply not anyone watching the gate.

Pretty early in the game yet, but somebody asked me to try and find 4 tix for the Coastal Carolina game November 26th for them. The ticket site only has 4 together on the Godwin side and they're trying to get on our side.

There are plenty of tickets on the new side, I highly recommend section 410. There's lots of tickets together, I just looked for myself. Great seats with a good view of the jumbotron, you can see all four corners of the field, and as an bonus, a great view of the mountains.

I looked and when asking for 4 together kicked me over to section 6 or 7.
I’ll have to go look again. Agreed on the views, I’ve sat in all levels over the past couple seasons and each had great views and varying positives.

PS: just looked again and you’re right, there are a bunch. Was hoping to get them down in the 200 level but only singles remain.

That is tempting, it's GS or Louisville and I'd pretty much committed to a trip to Kentucky. I cannot do both.
