The Liberty Bowl
The game, not the stadium. Does the current B12 tie help Memphis in any way if they decide to add teams? Or, if the AAC does in fact bring in a few of the last remnants of the B12, could that tie in be renegotiated to be SEC - AAC?

RE: The Liberty Bowl
i dont think there's anyway the Liberty would want to move to the ACC. The B12 and SEC teams guarantee a full stadium. How full do you think the LB is going to be if other team is #4-#8 ACC team versus currently a B12 team. Iowa St showed twice that they will bring the fans. Would NC State or Boston College bring it like the B12 has? I dont see it.

Sorry, my eyes are going blind.
I think they stick with B12+AAC no matter how it ends up, but I dont see how it will be the AAC absorbing the B12. (I know ESPN would love for that to happen) So if its B12 +4AAC teams, I would think the liberty would actually love that, since thats essentially what they already have. (And could have easier access to Mempbhis or UCF since they are now part of the conference, instead of being limited when they can pull in an AAC team on a secondary basis. )

I would think it helps because there are relationships already formed, and B12 programs have become more familiar with Memphis. The familiarity seems to have led to positive opinions of the city.

Not yet.
UofM is SEEKING the money at this point for upgrades.
I don't doubt that they will get it...but they don't have it as of yet...from what I gathered.

My reading says that the scoops from Canada are far more informative than a lot of this bickering, name calling and self absorbed posts I read on here.
Wouldn't it be weird if a poster stated their inside info or opinion, and others agreed with or argued the post's merit, and no one resorted to name calling?

It's the same little group of psychos who constantly cry like little babies about how mean I am. Nothing to worry about.
Lost in all this, there are a dozen other posters that I have no connection to; who are saying that it went down the same way.
