Apparently the announcement that Hollman signed with New Orleans was incorrect, as NO announced their practice squad signings and Ka'Dar was not one of them. So, not sure what happened there, but don't believe everything that NFL analysts post on social media.
It's funny reading all the articles today about Woodside winning the job in Tennessee again. They range from, still think Woodside is the wrong choice to, well Barkley just screwed up that 1 mistake in the Chicago game, to capitulation that Woodside is just gonna beat out all challengers no matter who they are. The funniest one is from the USC page at USA Today. That one seems all butt-hurt about Barkley not getting the job. It says it was "a pretty surprising move" after Barkley's "strong showing" in the pre-season. They have concluded the only reason he lost out was that Woodside had a slightly higher completion percentage than Barkley - right, that's the sole reason. Not sure why they care so much, given there are like 25 other USC players in the NFL. Maybe they are still ticked off the Matt Leinert fell one 1 short of tying Chuck Ealey for consecutive wins when they lost to Texas in the Rose Bowl.

At the end, youtube shows those links to similar vids, in this case to other dolphin interviews. I was tempted just to see how many players that reporter asked about towels on their butts. Reporter seemed very concerned about this topic, wet hands and such.
Also, I guessed I missed it last week, but Rodney Adams stayed on the Bears active roster for all of 1 day, before he was waived, but they later signed him to their practice squad, to keep Jon'Vea Johnson company.
Head coach has some really nice things to say about Norton, and it looks like he could start Sunday, depending on the health of starting tackle Bryan Bulaga. Washington has some impressive pass rushers, so that will be a heck of a test if he does start.
So, if my tally is correct, here is the updated list of Rockets in the pros, going into NFL opening weekend:
Rodney Adams - Chicago (PS)
Ola Adeniyi - Tennessee
Reggie Gilliam - Buffalo
Treyvon Hester - Buffalo (on IR)
Ka'Dar Hollman - New Orleans (PS)
Kareem Hunt - Cleveland
Diontae Johnson - Pittsburgh
Jon'Vea Johnson - Chicago (PS)
Brett Kern - Tennessee
Greg Mancz - Miami
Storm Norton - LA Chargers
Cody Thompson - Seattle (PS)
Logan Woodside - Tennessee
and only 1 CFL player:
Alonzo Russell - Ottawa
And a couple IFL players, I think (these are hard to keep track of):
Cheatham Norrils - NAL Jacksonville Sharks
Jermaine Robinson - IFL Sioux Falls Storm
Johnson had 5 catches for 36 yards and a TD. He was down hurt early in the game, seemingly in a lot of pain, after colliding with a linebacker as he was running a crossing route. But he came back in and made the TD grab linked above.
Gilliam had no stats, but was on the field for 2 really bad plays for the Bills. Lined up at FB on a trick 4th down play, he wasn't able to get out and block the defender who blew up the play. He was also on the line in the punt team when Pittsburgh blocked a punt. Didn't appear he was at fault, but still a bad look.
Reportedly Norton did not start, but had to come in to relieve Bryan Bulaga at RT when he got hurt. Not sure how he did, but LA ended up winning the game.
Hunt has for rushes for 26 yards, and a leaping 2 point conversion, early in the 2nd half.
Ola had 2 tackles as Tennessee got thoroughly thrashed by Arizona. Kern averaged over 50 yards per punt.
