RE: Election Update from Arizona
Judge ruled Henry County GA ballots be examined to determine if counterfeit.

Affidavits claim as many as 30,000 ballots printed on wrong paper stock in violation of GA election law.

Henry County is part of the Atlanta MSA with a population of 203,922.

Once AGAIN, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has a GOP majority. And good for them for actually seeking legal advice so they are assuring that they are protecting their voters here.

RE: Election Update from Arizona
Since RWT was quoted I can see his comment.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) spent months defying the legal authority of the Arizona legislature under the guise of "seeking legal advice". The courts ruled that MCBOS does indeed fall under the jurisdiction of the state of Arizona and must comply with the legislature.

Judge sides with Senate, says Maricopa must turn over election materials for audit
AZ Mirror
By Jeremy Duda -February 26, 2021

Quote:Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled on Friday that it was within the Senate’s authority to subpoena the materials and equipment so it can audit the election. The ruling brings a potential conclusion to the months-long battle between the supervisors and the Senate.

“The Court finds that the Subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote in his ruling.

The MCBOS is now subjecting themselves to potential charges of contempt.

You guys are morons. The MCBOS has not done anything afoul. Again it's lead by Republicans. It's their opinion that the senate subpoena was not legal...the judge ruled against them, so now they will need to comply.

Since the state went another route and is now seeking a full hand recount, the county is merely checking with their lawyers to make sure they are legally following procedures.

If they break any laws, I have no issue with any court holding them accountable.

For **** sake, all they did was call a meeting after an announcement from the Senate yesterday! You guys already have them smashing machines and burning votes.

And again, the county already did their audit with two independent and reputable firms and they found no irregularities. I'm more than confident that the county is not worried one iota about this recount...other than this shill of a company running it making **** up like the Minnesota is Michigan clowns who handled the Antrim County, MI "audit".

Curious - do you care if people trust the integrity of the voting system - or just that the results were what you wanted?
