Trust me, every stAte fan knows how bad it is. And it's not just men's basketball. Our football, women's basketball and the baseball program are all in sorry shape. The question we keep asking as fans is, when is Mohajir going to man up and do something about it?

I guess our season died of complications from Covid. IW canceled this weekends game. Wasn't ready for it to end but I guess we can mourn the 2020 season now.

Mohajir has been pretty well thought of in the past. Is that starting to change in Jonesboro?

Mohajir has been pretty well thought of in the past. Is that starting to change in Jonesboro?

Mohajir could probably save his credibility here by recognizing the blind spot he has with the Olympic sports, but he's so obsessed with football that its hurting everywhere else.

Baseball has a .200 win percentage since March of 2019. Men's basketball has been a disaster outside of one decent year, and Balado appears to be a flop of a hire. Women's basketball finally made a coaching change after 20 years of frustrations, only to hire a local guy who had been out of work for 2 years because a few major donors promised to throw a little extra cash into the deal.

Truthfully, Women's Soccer and Men's Golf have been outstanding, and Track and Field has continued to stay steady, but we're not winning much in the Big 4 right now.

This next football hire is going to have a huge impact on Mohajir's perception with the fan base. If we go out and hire a big named OC and spend the cash necessary to rebuild, fans will likely give him more leeway. Another botched hire and it could be a disaster.

RE: Arkansas State Basketball - 12/19/20
Now that Anderson has been given a raise to take another job, officially, Terry has made one awful hire, Balado, jury is out on Daniel who would have been a great hire if we had hired him from UCA but we hired him from two years out from Marshall. The Marshall fans seemed disappointed he quit but his wife had the opportunity to buy a dental practice about 90 minutes from Jonesboro and that apparently pays better than coaching women's hoops.

But a very meh hire that looks pretty bad after losing to UAPB.

Balado's loss to UAPB was the first ever and unlike ULM's loss which was on an amazing shot, we lost because we fouled in backcourt while tied.

But the Red Wolves have to get this football hire right and start digging up the money to part ways with Balado.

The fun challenge is with two fer scheduling to see how many times AState performs worse the second day of a series. If the second day is better, he's a better coach than any of us believe.
