6:30 PM – Non-partisan challenger, affiant John McGrath is at AVCB #73, where he continues to see “unlisted voters,” i.e., ballots that are not matching with a voter listed in the e-poll book or the paper supplemental list of registered voters. He has seen them all day and has challenged such ballots each time…The total number of “unlisted voters” McGrath counts at AVCB #56 is 1,454.
8:00 PM – GOP challenger and affiant Bob Cushman working at Counting Board #86 notes that none of the names in a group of “several thousand new ballots” that arrived in the evening are being found in the electronic poll book or the supplemental list (of voters who registered and voted late, on November 2nd or 3rd). For two hours straight, he sees the computer operators at several counting boards manually adding the names and addresses of these thousands of apparently invalid ballots into the electronic poll book.
GOP challenger Jennifer Seidl states: “I heard an election official order ‘Enter them! Make everything match, and get it done as soon as possible!” When these envelopes are scanned, the monitor screen reads: “0 matching voters”. The names on these ballots are simply not found in the universe of registered Detroit voters who have been sent a ballot.
In November of 2021, MC4EI collaborated with Christina Bobb of OAN News for a series of video interviews with challengers at the TCF on 11/3/20.
GOP Challenger Matt Seely and his daughter Alexandra Seely gave Ms. Bobb the following compelling account of several thousand undocumented, unverified ballots being tabulated at the TCF:
None of the names and addresses were matching up with the voter log or—the— you know, the supplemental log for last-minute registrations. So, I would challenge those ballots, and they kept putting them in a hopper of unverified ballots. Finally, after challenging and challenging and going and getting our supervisor to come over and talk to their supervisor, it was explained to me that those ballots that were going into that hopper were basically in the wrong precinct, which sounded reasonable to me. Well, after a while, I noticed somebody coming by with another, you know, like a cart and just hand- grabbing them and putting them in the cart and going to the next station. I’m like, “well if they’re in the wrong precinct, why is he taking all of them and mixing them together? It doesn’t make any sense.”
So I followed the guy, and he went all the way to the back of the counting hall, and there was a table — two tables actually — set up there, and he was delivering these unverified ballots, and there were a group of people — they didn’t have a computer set up or anything. They were literally just tearing the tabs off them, folding them straight, and putting them in groups of fifty so that they could go through the counting machines. So, I literally watched thousands of unverified ballots get run through the machines.”

Quote:Georgia authorities have launched an investigation into an allegation of systematic ballot harvesting during the state's 2020 general election and subsequent U.S. Senate runoff and may soon issue subpoenas to secure evidence, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed to Just the News.
Georgia law strictly prohibits third-party activists from picking up and delivering ballots on behalf of voters, a tactic called "harvesting" that liberal organizers have tried to get legalized in many battleground states without success. The U.S. Supreme Court this summer rejected Democrat efforts to overturn an Arizona law that outlawed harvesting in the battleground state.
According to interviews and documents reviewed by Just the News, Raffensperger's office received a detailed complaint from conservative voter integrity group True the Vote on Nov. 30 saying it had assembled evidence that scores of activists worked with nonprofit groups to collect and deliver thousands of absentee ballots, often during wee-hour operations, to temporary voting drop boxes distributed around the state during the pandemic.
The group informed the secretary its evidence included video footage from surveillance cameras placed by counties outside the drop boxes as well as geolocation data for the cell phones of more than 200 activists seen on the tapes purportedly showing the dates and times of ballot drop-offs, according to documents reviewed by Just the News.
The group also said it interviewed a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta metropolitan area during the November election and the lead-up to Jan. 5, 2021 runoff for Georgia's two U.S. Senate seats, which were both captured by Democrats and ended GOP control of Congress. The group has yet to identify the cooperating witness to state authorities, referring to him in the complaint simply as John Doe.
The group does not allege the ballots delivered by couriers were fraudulent. Nonetheless, lawful ballots delivered by third-parties to drop boxes would run afoul of Georgia's law.
Raffensperger confirmed in an interview aired Tuesday on the John Solomon Reports podcast that his office has deemed the allegations credible enough to open an investigation and possibly seek subpoenas from the State Election Board to secure evidence.
Catherine Engelbrecht, the longtime head of True the Vote, declined to comment Tuesday, saying she wanted to let the Georgia investigation take its course.
The secretary of state's office did not review video footage from the drop boxes after the 2020 election.
Raffensperger said his office is considering asking the State Elections Board to issue subpoenas to secure evidence such as the names of suspected ballot harvesters.
The announcement of the harvesting probe comes nearly a year after Raffensperger rebuffed Trump's claims of widespread fraud in the November election and declared on "60 Minutes" that Georgia had a "mostly secure and fair election." (LOL! Kinda like the "mostly peaceful Democrat riots that destoyed Billions of dollars of property last summer!)
So, effectively, Raffytaffy will be investigating himself for the due diligence he and his office failed to do. But it is also true that Raffensperger taped a call with President Trump, sent select sections of the call to the far-left Washington Post in an attempt to make it look like the President was asking Raffensperger to do something illegal, then lied about it, attempted to destroy the evidence and got caught for being the fraudulent liar that Raffytaffy is.

This morning the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held an informational hearing on the Gableman 2020 Election Report featuring invited speakers Special Councsel and Former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and Attorney Eric Kaardal:
Justice Gableman played video of several victims of voter theft. Several brave Wisconsin families reached out to Gableman and his committee after they discovered someone had voted for their loved one who is in a nursing home. This happened all over Wisconsin. Justice Gableman disclosed during the hearing that the nursing homes in the Zuckerberg-funded cities had 100% turn out. This is clear voter fraud they discovered.
The video played during today was heartbreaking.
It takes a special kind of evil to abuse disabled seniors. This is today’s Democrat Party (IOW, not the party of the 60's anymore.)

The year is 1956. My family had just moved to North Texas, and mom went down to the courthouse to vote in the primaries. She couldn't find the Republican primary, so she asked somebody, who said:
"Your polling place is in the basement of the Methodist church. This is OUR courthouse."
At least now the two primaries are held in the same locations. No more of this separate but equal BS.

On Monday night Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai provided findings from the Election Systems Integrity Institute’s updated audit of signatures on 1,911,918 early voting mail ballots in Maricopa County’s 2020 General Election.
The key points from this study were as follows:
• At minimum, 215,856 early voting mail ballots (EVBs) should have been cured in Maricopa versus the ~25,000 cured by the County in the 2020 General Election.
• This updated Extended Study (“the Study”) along with the Pilot Study are the first to calculate signature mismatch rates of EVBs for Experts – Forensic Document Examiners (FDEs), Trained Novices (non-FDEs), and in a Two-Step Review process using non-FDEs and FDEs.
• One constraint of this Study is not having access to the signature files from the County.
• Given the nearly 10x difference in EVBs to be cured between this Study and the County’s actually number cured, if the County were to provide their signature files, an update to this Study can be performed.
• Maricopa County Election Dept. states it has a “rigorous signature verification process.”
• Of the 1,911,918 EVB signatures verified, the County reported only 25,000 were flagged as signature mismatches requiring review – “curing;” and after curing, the County concluded only 587 of the 25,000 (2.3%) to be “Bad Signatures.”
• This Extended Study confirms the findings of the earlier Pilot Study and concludes that the process used for signature verification in Maricopa is a flawed signature verification process.
• As a 14-year-old kid, Dr. Shiva created the first email system.
• In 2017 Dr. Shiva went against Elizabeth Warren under the campaign: “Only the real Indian can beat the fake Indian.”
• Dr. Shiva got involved in the Arizona audit unfortunately at the end of it. He was contracted to audit the ballot images but unfortunately was provided corrupted ballot images by Cyber Ninjas. He didn’t finally receive the uncorrupted ballot images until December.
• The Arizona Senate then contracted him to analyze the ballot envelopes and he identified various issues.
• He then looked at signatures but the county didn’t provide signatures on file so a group of individuals assisted in obtaining signatures elsewhere. This is how they determined over 200,000 ballots should have been ‘cured’ but were not.
• The next step would be to obtain signatures from the county to do a more thorough review if they will provide.
• The county actually stated that they cured “up to 25,000” ballots but don’t provide the exact number.
• Legislation should be put in place to identify what is an actual vote which currently isn’t in place.
• The audit did not include a signature verification review.

Goody - I don’t doubt that there is a possibility of a stolen election, an impression only reinforced by the immediate and wholesale efforts of the MSM to label it a “big lie”, but essentially even if it was was stolen, it is now a fait accompli.

I wonder what a journalism prof would think if all the papers turned in by his class used the same exact terminology.
Those claims may well be wrong. But they are neither false claims nor lies if the claimant thinks they are true.
An example that Rice fans may relate to:
A runner for the Reds heads for home, and the Blues CF pegs a throw to the plate. In a close, bang-bang play, the ump calls the runner out. Immediately the runner protests the call. Is he lying? His manager comes out to protest the call. Is he making a false claim? Some of his teammates come out to protest. Is that an insurrection?

More to my way of thinking... If a player argues a call and gets so irate that they push the ref or start a fight or whatever, that certainly is outside the bounds of proper action, but it has quite literally nothing to do with whether or not the 'call' was correct. I can imagine, especially if a call is in direct violation of the rules... or especially obvious... that the possibility of anger boiling over might be pretty high.
I'm thinking of the Police Squad movie where Frank Drummond becomes an umpire and tries to stop the other team from getting the 3rd out. When things are that obvious and billions (trillions??) of dollars are at stake... maybe someone's job... uncontrolled anger can happen.
