I don't know.. I could see a lot of people being moved when Pence brought out the Harris record on her 'prosecution record' of black people, and when Harris tried to bring out the "race card" on the Supreme court nominee.

I will say that the moderator wasn't _Too_ Bad.. Although I do think she was way too pro-Kamala in the controlling who got to speak, but other than I think 3 really DUMB questions...she wasn't bad and tried to let them talk as much as possible at times (a couple of times, I would have liked her to let Pence respond to a comment).. but she did let Pence go after Kamala's horrible prosecution record.

Trump and Biden were tied for 4th.

Without a doubt. Trump didn’t fair too well in his first debate against Clinton either. Once he gets a read he knows where and when to hit on his candidate and then speak to the American people.

Pence laid out the differences between the candidates perfectly clear for Trump in round 2

Trump/Pence:
Need to answer healthcare and preexisting conditions. Doesn’t impact me but seems to get noted by the experts.

Biden/Harris:
Need to answer
a) Packing the courts
b) What would they have done differently or would do differently about Covid. Other than a mask mandate which didn’t resonate it’s been crickets
c) Foreign policy sounds like a disaster. Let’s enter what we did wrong for the last 20+ years before Trump (Iran? Are they stupid, Hammer Biden on both Osama and Soleimani, Make the contrast with China stronger, note alliances with Central America and Middle East while making our alias pay their share, I could go on forever with this)
d) Green New Deal real or no?

On not accepting the election results:
Trump needs to make clear there was no peaceful transfer of power in ‘16, and if there isn’t conclusive fraud and we don’t win we will support Biden/Harris unlike my predecessors Obiden

Economy:
-Currently a V-Shape within a single year of Covid unlike the slowest growth in American history. Check my record on first 3 years.

Note Americans current distrust in the media! And Biden/Harris is more of the Swamp (I laughed out loud when she started naming Bush people and he basically said wow the swamp likes you guys)

I’m rambling. This is so easy to win. I could type all night.

Those two points should tell you all you need to know about how tonight went.

My take aways:

1. The fly was only on Pence because Kamala put on clean underwear and Pence sill had hair oil. (Lighten up it's an old dinner on the grounds joke for country churchgoers. How do we keep the flies off the food? Make sure granny wears the same underwear again.)

2. Her Training by Velvet Jones is obvious. (Thank you Eddie Murphy another comic who gave it up because PC killed the industry)

3. The Goldilocks syndrome was in effect in spades. Debate #1 was way too hot. Debate #2 (tonight) was way too cold. Maybe Debate #3 will be just right? I doubt it though because the questions are answered by the Dems in non specific touchy feely responses and answered by the Repubs in boring bland predictable detail.

Face it guys tonight was a yawner. Old gentlemen vs toned down radical. Not much to like. Pence was obviously more stately and Kamala seemed somewhat out of place, not as a woman, but as a potential leader with specific ideas.

I don't think this changes anyone's mind either.

Well they knew already that Kamala had no command of facts so the mansplaining thing was decided to be part of the mantra before the debate was held and they are all using the same script to try to impact the soccer moms. The COVID lie that the whole White House is a superspreader is a laugh. Based on past performance there was only one superspreader there tonight but she remained clothed.

But truly all of this banter was decided on before the debate.
