Okay, “some” fans, but I think masks will become the norm for some. I got yelled at by one of the neighborhood lunatics a couple of days ago for not wearing a mask while walking my dogs. I was at least 60 feet from her.

Nah, she’s rude to everyone and being on the HOA it was best to bite my tongue. I’ve got tons of stories dealing with the neighborhood loonies, but all NTR.

HOAs invariably suck ass.

Sucks ass being on the board. Ours is huge (600 homes) and it’s a lot of work, but I hate to think where this neighborhood would be without it.

I'm on my third HOA, I've even served on the board....they suck, not because of the reason they are there, but because someone will always rise to the occasion and be the @hole.
