When Reality Bites a Denier in the Azz
Quote:Seattle radio host and so-called Twitter-based criminal defense advocate Paul Gallant “dunked” on President Donald Trump last month by denying that the riots are violent, then the radio host was scored on by rioters who set fire to his apartment. Now he’s taking up arms.

“Walked through it last night out of curiosity and saw no burning, pillaging, or deaths,” Gallant responded in June to Trump’s tweet calling out the violent leftists who continue to terrorize Seattle. “Chill dawg,” Gallant added sarcastically.

Last night, Gallant had a sudden change of heart towards the “peaceful protestors” when he came home to his apartment complex vandalized. He found the Starbucks underneath torched with graffiti plastered on the storefront. Cops told residents to stay away in case of explosives inside.

“I feel like I need to buy a firearm, because clearly this is going to keep happening. Enough is enough,” Gallant furiously typed.

Some hypocrites learn the hard way.....

Just now. As a faint echo from books I was persuaded to read in my youth I remember the sentiment well enough to find the actual words.

"For a long time I could not conceive how one man could go forth to murder his fellow, or even why there were laws and governments; but when I heard details of vice and bloodshed, my wonder ceased, and I turned away with disgust and loathing"

The new dark ages are upon us.

HMO's will become a feudal system since insurance doesn't cover acts of riot.

What I find amusing is that in an age of shrinking resources and abundant people why anyone would value the lives of lazy rioting thieves and thugs. What they are gong to find out is that the world needs less of them and they shall not be missed. Natural selection is never more relevant than when resources are hard to come to by. The public is aroused and pissed about COVID. It is not a healthy time for protestors to push the boundaries even more. It seems to me that fewer than 14% are going to persist until the silent majority is aroused in ire and not even the CEO's or politicians or police want to be around for that. People prefer peace and routine. They are extremely slow to sacrifice it even to punish those who break the peace. But when they do it has never turned out well for those doing the agitating.

So these Dem mayors need to become figureheads for what happens to those who obstruct justice at the expense of public safety. They need to be arrested for obstruction and reckless endangerment, prosecuted to the fullest, and removed from office. And in their place until new elections can be held there should be martial law extended to their cities to quell this insurrection. After the new elections local law can resume normal functions.

We really don't want to move to Feudal America, but it's coming the longer tranquility and law is cast aside for a political objective.

Feudal America is here in an intellectual sense. The media is manipulating the peons.

My advice to the young patriots that post here: buy land and arm yourselves.

Who was it that said civilization is 9 meals away from collapse...or something to that effect.

It's coming

Who was it that said civilization is 9 meals away from collapse...or something to that effect.

It's coming
1. Unless you are invested in actual gold and silver you don't have money, at least not assets that will be immune to inflation. And even then if the Gold act of 1933 is enacted and extended to silver the Government will only seize what you have.

2. You had better have heirloom seed as Monsanto has engineered most of their seed inventory so it doesn't yield a second crop without buying more seed. That's not for all crops but for some important ones.

3. You'll need your own mulch and source of fertilizer and I strongly suggest some laying hens and 1 rooster well protected from hawks, cats, and coyotes. Eggs are a great renewable source of protein.

But even these measures have been addressed in the Homeland Security and Patriot Acts where having to keep a log of produce produced and produce consumed becomes taxable and subject to audit.

But Shere, I was referring to the form of feudalism where the serfs protect the manor and in this case the manor becomes the neighborhood so that armed watch is maintained 24/7 by a rotating force of the inhabitants. Unless it is absolute chaos some industry will still go on. Enhancing walls in your structure with materials designed to slow and stop bullets your home isn't safe anyway. A .223 for instance can penetrate most boards and siding with lethal force as can a 7.62 round.

The simple truth Shere is that without some form of Governance that actually meets the need of the law abiding all life becomes extremely tenuous.

And that home had better have basic field dressings and medical supplies and likely a generator for which you will need some kind of fuel. How many modern homes have a functioning hearth and fireplace?

And all of it has to be defensible. Remaining static isn't as likely as good of a strategy as foraging, but the latter makes you the insurgent.

I think what I was saying is know and cooperate with your neighbors and don't depend on outside forces to assist you.

Dystopian? Absolutely, but more practical than trying to make it on your own in a spread in the country. That's like homesteading instead of staying inside the fort.
The uprising is going to get you.

******************************************************************

The most important takeaway from the headlines today is that just because you are an elected official of the House or Senate, it doesn't keep you from still being an enemy of the State and the Constitution. And that goes for State and Local officials as well.

We'll be alright JR. I may have to dam up a creek for more water but short of that there is enough timber to build a fort. That's excluding the well. Hell my family built one in 1820 and it wasnt Mims and survived the Creeks. That's why I'm able to post. We can do it in 2020, with better tech against the great soy hordes.

You are right about the seed thing but you gotta also remember my training without being specific...I know how its done with less.. We live in the land of plenty.

Gotta thank the guberment for restocking us with michigan, ohio and Texas deer in the 60's when they were almost extinct.

A country boy can survive...

While my once rural home is now over-populated I haven't forgotten my country boy roots by any means. I still hunt just about every season there is and haven't forgotten how to grow stuff. Got a spring fed creek on the farm about 20 minutes from me with plenty of deer, turkey, rabbit and tree rat. I load my own ammo and am well stocked on that.

I'll be alright for a month or so until the horde finds us.

I'll be alright for a month or so until the horde finds us.

My point was any defending force can hold off odds of 3 to 1 just by logistical and strategic positioning and the fact that it easier to defend than to attack. That said most modern homes cant stop a .223 or 7.62 round. One penetrates because it is supersonic and the other because of it's design and energy. A 7.62 can penetrate a 7 inch pine tree and exit with killing force.

The only safety you have in an urban warfare situation is the knowledge of your surroundings, your sight lines, and your neighbors committed to the same end.

Let's say a mob of 50 soy boys comes at your home and 1/3rd of them are armed and with .223 or 7.62 rounds. If you think you are safe behind your door or window you're not. Hell if the attacker is behind an open car door he can be hit through the door with sufficient force to kill him. And let's say 1/3rd of those soy boys are carrying gasoline bombs. Who do you shoot? Do you shoot the guys with guns who can penetrate your position or the guy who is going to hit your roof and burn you out?

The best anyone can hope to do is observe the mob as they approach and try to identify the leader. If you take him/her down the odds are some will scatter and your odds improve. But if 50 people come at one with lethal force the odds are you aren't gong to survive and fire and gasoline are lethal.

So unless you have a class 3 license you aren't defending your homestead successfully. Now if you have neighbors who open up on the mobs flank you'll do well. But if it's just you then likely you are toast.

So the average daily homeowner has a tough enough time picking a weapon for home defense. You don't want rounds that will hit your brick veneer and come ricocheting back through your hose which has studs 18 inches apart if you are lucky and more likely two feet apart covered by drywall and having your round possibly hitting family. You need a weapon that if fired inside the domicile will expend its energy on the perp and not endanger your home. A Riot 12 gauge is pretty darn good for that as is a good ole .45 ACP.

If you are defending from inside the home you need other types of weapons if you are meeting more of a force than burglars. The crowds that we are seeing are using a combination of gasoline bombs, small arms, and blunt objects. And everyone of those mobs has the soy boys, the lap babies, and ex-cons being directed by spotters and organizers with earphones. So you have to take out the spotters, but you won't be able to do that from within your home. That's where neighbors come into play. You take out the those directing first. Then when the lap babies and soy boys flee you can see the armed ex cons.

But my point in all of this is you had better have neighbors you can count on. If you try to go it alone you'll be statistic.

It was General Patton who quipped that fixed fortification were a monument to the stupidity of man. If you want to defend your home on your own you'll need a high perch with a clear line of site which is fortified with iron, sand and loose metal shavings and more iron. I doubt any of you have it.

What a mob won't attack is an area where anyone could open up on them from multiple directions. They won't even enter and will look for an easier target, like the single home all on its own.

Being able to shoot a gun isn't enough. It helps, but it isn't enough. You have to know the terrain, the safest spots in your home, where your family and neighbors will be, and how many are attacking and how they armed and deployed. They may be a mob, but they are organized and some of them will have had combat experience.

So I'm all about a little bravado, but you need a whole lot of organizing within your neighborhood and advanced planning to successfully defend even against these idiots. The soy boys and lap babies are out front with their bicycle helmets and skateboards because they form a sympathetic barrier that cops and homeowners won't want to fire into and that barrier protects the paid thugs who are there to burn you out or possibly kill you. So I'm not impressed until you have a community plan for defense.

I’d agree with you if we are talking determined opposition that is completely devoted to killing you. These mobs don’t look like that. They are determined right up until some one shoots back with non-lethal or lethal force—-at which point they retreat in complete disarray. Not one of these tough guy mobs has surged forward when the abused law enforcement finally strikes back. Hit a guy or two and these mobs will head elsewhere—fast. At the very least, you’ll buy yourself the opportunity to reposition or escape.

They sure beat the hell out of single store owners trying to protect their property by simply overwhelming them including one husband and wife where the husband was armed but didn't see the one coming from behind while he was focused on the two in front of him and then distracted when his wife was attacked in his left periphery. They brained him took is weapon and looted and burned his store. And the last death count I heard was a few weeks back where these peaceful protests had already taken a handful of innocent lives. There have been casualties but your MSM sure as hell isn't gong to tell you about it.

The punks will run, but the hired muscle won't and they are being directed and they have been in every mob scene where law enforcement wasn't. Most of them have records so if police are present they lag behind the clowns and sky screamers. If not cops are there they come into to demonstrate the force of the mob. And in every one of these scenes there have been spotters telling the mob which stores to loot, where the cops were, and where the muscle was needed. The punks and skateboard crowd are there to make them look ineffectual and make the police look like child abusers. The real muscle is behind them and the organizers are in the crowds directing and redirecting the muscle when their spotters say it is needed.

Now what we were talking about was when these clowns leave their downtown streets where the cameras focus on them to get their message out and move into neighborhoods as they did in Missouri in an attempt to intimidate particular people.

If they show up in neighborhood at night with firearms and gasoline bombs, like they have in business districts and courthouses, you better have a clue as to what to do.

And a good portion of my post was cautioning people to know where their family and neighbors would be and to use appropriate weapons to the situation. If you just whip out your AR15 to defend yourself you could just as easily kill a neighbor as the mob.

My experience tells me that the average guy who knows how to shoot doesn't think at all about his surroundings, doesn't see a weapon as a limited tool, and thinks just having the gun protects him/her. People should approach potential self defense drills the same way they approach covering each family member's escape plan in case of fire and where to meet when out of the home, or where to gather for a tornado. It's sad but apparently we are headed into those times. God help the poor people in Chicago. I'm just thankful the kids are grown and gone and if I hear something bad in the middle of the night I only have to reach to my right to feel my wife's presence in bed. Then I know which directions I can shoot if I have to do so.

But, I'm also thankful to live in a community where the law enforcement will respond and handle these matters before I have to. Their job is protect and serve and our young men and women in blue do a fine job. I seriously doubt we face such a situation but those who do really really need to think it through before it happens so they already know what to do and where to go. Americans in most places haven't seen anything like this since the late 60's. IMO this is worse because of complicit mayors who think they are working for whatever cause their numbskulls think they will achieve.

What my real concern is how our enemies are watching this and licking their chops over a once great nation whose people cower while the most putrid of losers wreak havoc on cities. Shame on us!
