Interesting - I have quite a few friends that live in New Mexico and they all love her

It depends on whether or not you have a struggling small business or not I guess.

Or you realize that the best way to get back into business is to get the virus under control.

Of course we need to get the virus under control. But many businesses will go belly up before then. Quite a conundrum.

Some will. But with lower community spread, more people will able to go to work and school. There will be less disruption to the overall economy and when a vaccine is available the economy will be in a better shape to rebuild. If we try to open up despite the virus as some states have it will lead to worse results on health systems and the economy. Two things were certain when the virus hit our shores. People would die and there would be a recession. The question is how to best mitigate these things? If everyone avoided house parties and crowded areas, wore masks and adapted their businesses, churches, etc. to incorporate social distancing then we could still go to work and school most likely in some capacity. If you're in the hospitality, tourism or entertainment industries you were up the creek from the beginning.

I am vacationing in another state because of the altitude and the cooler weather. I am 83 years old and my wife has type 1 diabetes and has had chemo. We are taking precautions and are certainly not spreading the virus. We mostly stay in our camper self quarantined.

Way too many comments in this thread that have nothing to do with college sports or colleges, so it's closed. We have other boards on this site for these other topics, folks.
